Achievements

polo shirts Biomics, set up by a team from P&G US Pharma, focuses on Bio-tech development and peptide, generic drug, new drug and herb-drug research, with Beijing office as head office and set up a Research Centre in Teda, Tianjin, as well as operate a medium-sized pharmaceutical in Hebei.
Recruited as the first staff for the start-up, from the setup and registration to daily operating normally, I am responsible for administration, HR and legal issues in Beijing Office, even partial Finance responsibility independently.
Admin:
1. Establish Beijing Office and Tianjin Research Centre including all the necessary business licenses application and licenses annual inspection etc.
2. Organize some important events such as office relocation and decoration, rent staffing living apartment near company.
3. Sep up and implement administrative policies & regulation such as: admin purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions, cell phone policy, badge policy etc.
4. Supervise all administration supportive work, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the office, and responsible for day to day running of the office and ensure high service standard
5. Negotiation & control related admin cost.
6. Manage the Reception
7. Take fully responsibility of daily operations management and serve CEO's and other senior members as well, such as meeting minutes' record, paper work or translation affairs, and so on.ralph lauren polo shirts
8. Proactively coordinate and communicate with internal top management department and division heads and employees to ensure best service and supports providing.

1. Design HR and administration policies and rules;
2. Plan, advice and execute the staffing strategy and develop organization;
3. Be responsible for hiring plan, hiring delivery
4. Advises senior managers on talent acquisition matters
5. Conducting the interview and selection process, partnering with the senior managers and other interviewers to define interview strategy and frame offer packages.
6. Employee performance analyst and evaluation
7. Supervise the employee C&B execution, such as:
(1) Implement the monthly social insurance, house found and benefit report for all employees timely
(2) Delivery employee on board and off board processes, collect attendance records and work out the payroll in time
(3) Ensure the employment contacts were signed or renewed timely and in compliance with the legal regulations, arrange the health check-up for employees and collect the reports

Finance:
1. As a cashier cooperate with accountant for reimbursement and indirect purchasing.
